March marks a natural shift —
from winter stillness into movement, from holding inward to opening outward.
In this March edition of Grounded Flow, we’ll explore the idea of spring cleaning — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.
This practice invites you to gently clear what feels heavy or stagnant,
to create space in the body, soften the breath,
and open the chest and heart with steadiness and care.
Rather than forcing change, we work gradually and intelligently —
releasing unnecessary tension, refreshing the nervous system,
and reconnecting with a sense of lightness and openness.
A grounding yet uplifting practice to support transition, renewal, and clarity.
🧘♀️ What to Expect
1 hour Ashtanga-based practice
A steady, breath-led sequence guided by Laura, focusing on grounding through the legs and core, spinal mobility, and heart-opening postures.
The practice balances strength with softness, helping to clear stagnation and encourage spacious, supported movement.
Laura’s precise and intuitive adjustments support awareness, ease, and refinement within each posture.
45 minutes Meditation & Breathwork
Simple, accessible techniques to calm the nervous system, refresh the breath, and create inner space.
This portion of the workshop supports emotional clarity, presence, and gentle heart opening.
Small, supportive group setting
With only 8 participants, the atmosphere remains intimate and attentive, allowing for personalised guidance and hands-on support.

Laura’s approach supports curiosity, steadiness, and self-inquiry — meeting each practitioner exactly where they are.
