Every Sunday @4:30PM @BVLBVL Grounded is a co-ed class for anyone walking the path of recovery or looking for a healthier way to channel stress, rebuild discipline, and stay mentally strong.
Through boxing drills, conditioning, and teamwork, participants learn to release pressure, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves.
This is a judgment-free space where people show up, do the work, and support each other.
No experience required.
No ego.
Just progress.
