Grounded & Grateful: A FREE Yoga Event

FREE YOGA MATS TO THE FIRST 10 PEOPLE!

Semicolon Society is proud to partner with the San Marcos Crowne Plaza Resort in Downtown Chandler to provide a FREE Yoga Event! Eliza DelaPaz, from Relax with Eliza, will be providing a FREE yoga class beginning at 5:30pm; the first 10 people will get free yoga mats but please otherwise bring your own mat. In order to promote ongoing mental wellness, community organizations will also be providing resources and connections, and there will be FREE cakepops provided by Desert Desserts after the class!

This event is held outside, in the San Marcos Crowne Plaza Courtyard, right off of Arizona Avenue. The couryard entrance is on the west side of Arizona Avenue, just south of Buffalo Street, next to Crust restaurant. There is FREE parking along Arizona Avenue as well as in the Overstreet Parking Garage off of Buffalo Street.

This is a part of Semicolon Society's Community Hope Project series, in which free community events are provided to offer valuable conversations related to mental health, make connections with resources and supports in the community, reduce stigma about mental health journeys, and build resiliency and connection.
