About this Event
An outdoor community gathering for practitioners and those exploring African and African Diaspora spiritual traditions, including Ifá-Orisa, Vodun, Hoodoo, and other ancestral paths.
Many of us are returning to ancestral traditions, healing from religious trauma, or seeking spiritually grounded community. This meet-up is designed to be a low-pressure space to connect in nature.
This is:
- A community circle
- A conversation space
- A place for respectful exchange
This is not:
- A ceremony
- A religious service
- A space for unsolicited readings, spiritual correction, or recruitment
All levels of experience are welcome.
During our time together, we will begin with a simple grounding moment — connecting physically to the earth and taking a few quiet breaths together.
We will also spend time journaling and reflecting on what brought us to this path, what keeps us grounded in it, and what spiritual integrity means to us personally.
No ritual. No hierarchy. Just presence and community.
We ask participants to:
- Honor confidentiality
- Speak from personal experience
- Respect all traditions represented
Please bring:
- Something comfortable to sit on
- Water
- A journal and something to write with
Come grounded. Leave connected.
