Groundbreaking Ceremony

The Luray-Page County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to celebrate the official groundbreaking for the exciting redevelopment of 15 Campbell Street in downtown Luray. Join us on Friday, August 14, at 10:00 AM on the lower level of the property as Brad Herman of Hub Development LLC marks the beginning of this transformative mixed-use development. Once completed, the project will feature affordable workforce apartments, food service, and collaborative co-working space, bringing new energy and investment to the heart of our downtown. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy light refreshments featuring local food, tour the lower-level building in its current state, and view the vision and plans for the complete redevelopment.
