Bio:
Sheana is a Somatic Wellness Coach, Yoga Mentor, and Meditation Teacher with 20 years of experience studying Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Buddhism, and 12-Step Recovery. With a focus on self-discovery and acceptance, Sheana invites students to uncover their true nature and awaken to their inner magnificence. Sheana teaches weekly Yin Yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and leads the Yin Yoga Mentoring Program at YogaFlow in San Francisco.
