Ground & Release: Movement and Soundbath
Let go of prolonged vigilance with this Movement & Soundbath held in the historical St. John's Chapel in Ohio City.
Theresa Gorski will lead a gentle movement practice and self-massage that encourages grounding and release of held stress, then Amy Butler leads a Sound Bath to melt and recharge the nervous system.
-Wear comfortable clothing
-arrive 15 minutes early to settle in
-bring a yoga mat and blanket or borrow ours
-$20 suggested donation, all are welcome
