In this unique session, we’ll blend grounding yoga postures with calming breathwork to help you release tension, relax deeply, and regain clarity. But it doesn’t stop there—you’ll also get your hands in the dirt, decorating small pots and planting hearty greens to take home, connecting with nature as you set your intentions for the season. Mariah brings years of gardening experience from Stratford and her passion for yoga to offer a refreshing combination of relaxation and creativity to help you feel centered and ready for whatever comes next.
