Join us the night of the Solar Eclipse 🌛 for a peaceful summer evening of discussion, movement, and meaningful connection as we explore the themes of grounding, change, and new beginnings.
Together we’ll discuss simple, practical ways to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with our bodies, and move through life’s transitions with greater steadiness and flow. Then we’ll experience a gentle guided movement practice, accompanied by live guided meditation and calming instruments. We'll close the evening by creating an intentional keepsake from a river stone to take home.
