Join A Touch of Zen as we welcome Janet. Gather & Ground is an opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and sample Janet’s practices.
Throughout the afternoon, we’ll gather for:

✨A closing grounding meditation
No experience with meditation, sound healing, Family Constellations, or cards is needed. Come exactly as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to connect.
We’ll close our afternoon feeling grounded and centered, and everyone will leave with a special gift bag to take a little piece of the experience home with them.
