Ground and Sound - Celebration of Life and the Seasons

Join us for an evening of connection, grounding, and celebration as we gather in community for Ground & Sound — Celebrating Life & the Seasons.

We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart, settle into the space, and set personal intentions for the evening. From there, we will move into a Flower Mandala Ceremony and meditation, where we will co-create a beautiful living altar together. Each guest is invited to bring flowers to contribute to the mandala, symbolizing our collective energy, intentions, and connection to nature.

As the sun sets, we will transition into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, drums, and other instruments to guide us into relaxation, reflection, and reset.

This gathering is also extra special as we celebrate Maria’s birthday on 3/24, honoring life, community, and the changing seasons together.

What to bring:
• Flowers to contribute to the mandala
• A yoga mat
• A blanket for extra comfort
• An eye mask or something to cover your eyes during the sound bath

Come as you are and allow yourself to slow down, connect with the earth, and receive.
