Ground and Balance Winter Solstice Candlelight Sound Bath

Come join us for a magical evening of relaxation and renewal at our Winter Solstice Candlelight Sound Bath event. During the winter we are invited to tend to our inner world as the harsher elements call us indoors and undercover, asking that we rest.

Winter Solstice marks the longest night and shortest day of the year, a time of hibernation and healing. During this sound bath, we use frequency to deeply heal and tend to this process. Experience the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, tunning forks, chimes and other instruments as you let go of stress and welcome the winter season with open arms.
