GROTA Darkmarket—Athens, GA

Attention dark-spirits of Georgia!

We are excited to announce the GROTA Darkmarket here in Athens, GA ! The GROTA Darkmarket Artist market will feature a large selection of dark-spirited vendors: artists and illustrators, oddity makers, curiosity enthusiasts, musicians and more, drawing a crowd passionate about the dark arts and community. If you are a dark-spirited creator or enthusiast, this is an experience you won’t want to miss!

This location will also feature food trucks, a local BBQ restaurant nearby , live music, taxidermy classes (presale tickets only), and live tattooing!

Our aim is to create a dynamic, community building marketplace that showcases a blend of regional and international artistry, craft, and aesthetic—all whilst fundraising for our one of a kind artist residency programme. Support the arts and join us for this one of a kind event!

The event will occur on Sunday, April 21st in Athens, GA at the Venue on Broad. Presale tickets start at $10 for regular admission! Doors will open for regular admission at 12:30 PM on Sunday and entry will be $20 at the door, with the option of purchasing a $5 door prize raffle ticket! (All proceeds will go to our residency program and affiliated projects)!
