Groovy Woovy - Fri 13/Nov/26 - Plymouth's NEW 60s Music All Vinyl Event

Expect an interesting blend of well known favourites and underground gems for your dancing pleasure, from early 60s Popcorn R'n'B right through to late 60s Psychedelia, with Beat, Soul & Garage in the mix too with a pinch of Ska, all played authentically from vinyl records!
If you know the venue, we'll be moving the cafe tables in the main area aside to provide plenty of room for dancing, or you can just hang cool around the periphery with a drink in hand taking it all in.
Expect to hear: The Animals, Aretha Franklin, The Beatles, Booker T & The MG's, Connie Francis, Curtis Mayfield, Desmond Dekker, Don Fardon, The Doors, Duffy Power, Dusty Springfield, Etta James, The Four Tops, Jackie Wilson, Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix, The Kinks, Ray Charles, The Rolling Stones, The Small Faces, The Spencer Davis Group, The Supremes, The Who, The Yardbirds, The Zombies, and many many more....
There will be a 30 minute break from the DJing at 6:30pm for Live singing of mainly 60s songs by well known local Drag performers Hell'O'Weenie, Belladonna Botanical (Rhodus), and Icarus.
