?‼️ GROOVES WITH CHRIS‼️?TUESDAYS 6:00 to 7:00PM with @grooveswithchrisGrooves Dance Fitness is a class that develops natural comfortability and movement to various genres of music.
The goal is to be able to move the body in sync to the collaboration of instruments heard in the music.
Each choreographed set of 8 count combos contain dances or exercises centered around the core, hips, legs, and upper body.
Grooves dance fitness also incorporates bands, weights, and jump ropes.
We take 60 second breaks in between songs, cool down with abs on the floor, and finish with a relaxing stretch.
All you need is a yoga mat, towel, water, or a sports performance drink. Come get Groovy with us!

When you see the LED gates you’ve arrived at 555?! Park anywhere on both sides of the street, the graffiti courtyard which is on the right side of the building or on the left side of the building where the wooden gate is. Once you make it into the building make your way upstairs and look for the pastel door at the end of the hall!
