The class will be led by an all-star roster of GrooveRyde founder Zosimo Maximo, Liz DeWitte and Alicia Strang. Your ticket includes one drink ticket for our post-workout hangout.

Our Schwinn Carbon Blue bikes have cages for your sneakers or SPD clips for your cycle shoes. Please bring a towel and water bottle. There is free street parking in the vincinity or $10 parking next to FWD.
