Ponygirl, a Berlin-based artist, creates soundscapes with an hypnotic and oftentimes unconventional approach. Guiding their listeners from deep and earthy-textured ambience to shimmery and airy atmospheres, Ponygirl’s sound consists of multilayered grooves that transport their message of always becoming one with the crowd.
Through their meandering exploration of sound over the years, Ponygirl’s work as a producer has shifted to a more minimalistic yet impactful style. They focus on the subtle nuances of sound and silence to evoke emotional responses, inviting the audience to engage more intimately with the art while enhancing the overall atmosphere of their performances. This evolution allows them to further explore the interplay between simplicity and complexity in Ponygirl’s compositions.
