Groove Decomposition

This project has evolved through a deep immersion in dance, music, and the primal connection between the two.

Groove Decomposition finds its roots in the decolonization of my body and mind, a conceptual response to imposed dance techniques that have shaped and restricted my expression and the essence of my being over time. Groove Decomposition stands as an act of resistance, a fearless quest to restore authenticity and the innate connection between the body and rhythm.
