On Saturday, October 23, from 4-7pm at Proxy (432 Octavia at Hayes), Hayes Valley Neighborhood Association in conjunction with Cyclone Enterprises and HVAW presents a Community Event with a Live DJ as a fundraiser for Collective Impact.
