GROOV3 with Thuy

GROOV3 is a high-energy, dance-based fitness class designed for everybody. You do not need any professional dance experience! We'll break down the choreo to help you build confidence, find your groove, and have a blast with a nonstop DJ mix playlist!

Come shake off the week and sweat it out with me! Here are the details:

📍 Where: The Get Down Dance Studio, 198 Jackson St, San Jose, CA 95112

🗓️ When: Sunday, June 14th, 2026 at 3:00 PM

💸 Cost: $25 per class

🚗 Parking: Free street parking on 4th & 5th streets

Spots are limited to just 15 people so we can keep the class intimate. Make sure to claim your spot early!
