Grok Games

Based on principles of Nonviolent Communication, NVC, these simple games are played with feelings and needs cards. The Grok games quickly generate deeper connection between participants and within ourselves and develop core skills for powerful, effective, Compassionate Communication. Get to know some new people, deepen relationships with old friends and experience surprising insights in a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Perhaps interested in practicing it with others who are devoted to learning it and creating a Culture of Peace? This afternoon meeting will bring us together to practice Empathy, a core element of NVC. In a small group we will create an atmosphere of emotional safety conducive to authentic communication & spontaneity!
