Grof Holotropic Breathwork One Day Workshop with Loriel Starr

WHAT’S INCLUDED: This one day workshop is from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm (approximately) and will include; an opening circle, two holotropic breathwork sessions, mandala drawing, a catered dinner (with gluten-free and vegan options), group sharing, integration guidance, a sound bath meditation, a preparation video will be sent prior to the workshop date, and optional post workshop Zoom integration call the following week.

VIDEO REQUIREMENT: Each participant is required to watch a 30 minute video that will describe the Holotropic Breathwork practice and important components of the Holotropic Breathwork Workshop. Watching the video is a requirement for attending because it will support you to have the most optimal workshop experience. The video will be sent the first week of March.

Your email confirmation will have important details regarding the workshop; when to arrive, what to bring, meals for the day etc.

LORIEL STARR - CMT, SEP is a highly skilled and versatile practitioner of the healing arts, with over 24 years of experience facilitating expanded states of consciousness. Certified as a Grof Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator since 2003, Loriel has guided individuals through transformative inner journeys, offering sacred journey work in one-on-one sessions, leading Holotropic Breathwork workshops, and facilitating as part of the Grof Transpersonal Training team.

In addition to her expertise in Holotropic Breathwork, Loriel is a certified Microdosing Facilitator, supporting clients in harnessing the potential of microdosing for personal growth and healing. She also provides compassionate guidance as a Psychedelic Integration Coach, helping clients process and integrate their transformative experiences into daily life.

Loriel’s commitment to somatic approaches for trauma healing inspired her to become a Level III iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation Teacher in 2007. This transformative practice, designed to foster profound relaxation, resilience, and well-being, seamlessly integrates with her other modalities. In 2011, she deepened her expertise by completing a three-year training with Peter Levine to earn her certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). These body-centered healing techniques are integral to her work, providing a solid foundation for her holistic approach to supporting clients.

In 2008, Loriel graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies’ Sound, Voice, and Music in the Healing Arts program and has since become one of Northern California’s premier sound bath facilitators. Over the past 12 years, Loriel has produced and facilitated sound bath experiences at venues ranging from Grace Cathedral to yoga studios, music festivals, corporate wellness programs, and private events. She has been a core member of the Sound Healing Symphony at Grace Cathedral since its inception in 2015.

Loriel’s regularly sold-out offerings, such as The Sound Healing Sanctuary, Alchemy Gong Bath, SonicTrance Gong Bath, and Holo-Sonic Breathwork, reflect her respected presence in the growing field of sound healing.
