Free, Fun, Community FairSTORM Center of Hope & Service, in partnership with Lake Highlands North Recreation Center, invites you to celebrate resilience and potential at our GRIT & GROWTH: "Who I Choose to Become, I Will Become" Community Experience!
This event is by partner invitation or agency referral and registration is required to attend this free event. When registering, please indicate how you received the invitation (e.g., Garland ISD, Agency Name, or a direct invite from a STORM representative). All guest attending must have a RSVP/ticket for head count. Only those who were invited and/or referred will receive free coats, jackets and/or hoodies.
About the Event: Join us for a fun-filled and inspiring afternoon! We’ll have:
- Bounce house, activities, and games
- Photo opportunities
- Live entertainment (Dance)
- Raffles
- "Real Talk" with professionals and businesses
- Guest speaker
- Community resources
This is a free, come-and-go event , but we encourage you to stay and enjoy everything we have to offer. Please register yourself and/or your family members below, as we’ll be giving away hoodies, jackets, and coats while supplies last!
Our GRIT & GROWTH Community Experience is all about bringing the community together for an unforgettable afternoon. We believe that no matter how big or small, each of us is destined for greatness. Hoodies, Jackets, and Coats Giveaway – WHILE SUPPLIES LAST Our goal is to ensure that everyone in need receives a hoodie, jacket, or coat. Please only register for one of these items if you truly need one.
