Join your False Creek South community for a free BBQ & fun afternoon in Charleson Park! The False Creek South Neighbourhood's Annual Grill'n'Chill is taking place this year from 11am-3pm on Sunday August 31st. Come for awhile or stay for the day; we love where we live and it is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate together. This family event features a FREE BARBECUE (including veggie items), NON-STOP MUSIC from a line-up of multiple performers, an ARTS & CRAFTS TABLE for the kiddos (or the young at heart), and interesting interactive "INFO-BOOTHS" regarding various neighbourhood initiatives such as RePlan, "What does Canada mean to You?," the Pollinator Butterflyway, and more.
