About this Event

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of butchery, grilling & cocktail making in our very own backyard alongside our expert craftspeople!

Our head butcher, Zach Pierce will demonstrate how to spatchcock a chicken & prepare for the grill. Chef Emily Mingrone will show the group how to properly grill various cuts of meat, including steak, sausage & a demonstration on fire roasting the spatchcocked chicken. Recipes will be provided for the accompanying sides.

We will then enjoy the fruits of our labor together, while Barman Shane McGowan shows us how to prepare a refreshing cocktail to pair with our meal. Beer will be provided by Tavern on State as well!

Each person will be able to take home their spatchcocked chicken to prepare at home, as well as their cocktail glassware and a full belly.
