Grilled Cheese Challenge along Flagler Avenue!

Stroll on down to Flagler Avenue for the cheesiest event of the year! The New Smyrna Beach Grilled Cheese Challenge! Taking place on Sunday, December 27th, 2025, from 1–5pm.

Patrons will enjoy a variety of delicious mini Grilled Cheese samples from host locations along Flagler Avenue. After tasting, cast your vote for the best creation — winning hosts will snag the coveted “Best at the Beach” awards! Participation is just $20 and guaranteed to be a cheesy, tasty good time!

Just like our other Food Challenges on Flagler Avenue, you’ll use your tasting passport to visit each host location and try one sample crafted in fun, flavorful styles. Pick up your passport at the Welcome Porch (401 Flagler Avenue, at the Intersection of S. Cooper Street & Flagler Avenue) on the day of the event.

DAY OF, CASH ONLY - LIMITED PASSPORTS will be for sale on the day of the event, starting at 12:30pm, however, we strongly suggest pre-ordering your passport here on Eventbrite as WE WILL SELL OUT!
