Hank Newman, a yoga practitioner and volunteer with The Elizabeth Hospice, invites you to take a journey of mindfulness through gentle movement and breathing. You'll learn to reduce stress and anxiety and work through emotions like grief and sadness while embracing the power of living in the present moment. Offered the second Saturday of each month from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm, Poway Library, 13137 Poway Rd., FREE. Bring a friend or family member. Everyone is welcome.
