Grief Workshop

Grief changes us, but we don't have to carry it alone. Join us with Psychologist Robyn Cassel for an experiential workshop created for those experiencing loss. Whether grieving a loved one, a relationship, a pregnancy, a former version of yourself, the life you imagined, or another meaningful change, every experience of grief deserves space to be acknowledged. We'll explore the realities of grief, make space for difficult emotions, honor our continuing bonds, and discover how resilience can grow alongside loss.
