Join us October 12th & 13th for a restorative weekend retreat at the Rabkin Japanese Gardens where we’ll gently explore the many faces of grief through movement, breathwork, stillness, art, and community. Inspired by the work of Ralph de la Rosa (Outshining Trauma) and Francis Weller (The Wild Edge of Sorrow), each day offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover new pathways of healing.

Together, we’ll honor the Five Gates of Grief with Kristy Joy
Jenna Hanlon, learn practices of compassion and parts work, and create ritual in community. With nourishing food, supportive group processes, and time in nature, you’ll be invited to move at your own pace and take only what resonates.

Expect a weekend of reflection, connection, and gentle renewal.

- Stillness, integration, and closing circle

Day 2 — The Wild Edge of Grief
