Grief Retreat

We are offering a half-day grief retreat on October 20th 10am-2pm.

The day will consist of:

• Mindful movement
• Meditation and breathwork
• Experiential creative arts
• Supportive group processing
• Potluck meal - bring an item if you’re able!

Bring a journal, yoga mat/blanket, and one or two items that represent your loved one or grief experience

**Please note, this is not a grief support group. While we will be employing some therapeutic techniques, if you are experiencing acute grief, this may not be the most appropriate/supportive space for you.
