This program offers you the probability of a richer and more rewarding life by moving beyond the pain.

Join us for 8 Tuesday evenings, 6:30-8:30pm. We encourage participants to attend all 8 sessions.

August 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

The group is free and all materials will be provided. Registration is required. The group is limited to 10 participants and 2 facilitators. The location is large enough to follow COVID-19 precautions.
