About this Event
The Grief, Loss, and Trauma program is a three-part healing series designed to support children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Through interactive, age-appropriate sessions, participants will learn how stress and trauma affect the mind and body, build healthy coping skills, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop tools for emotional safety and healthy relationships.
Each monthly session includes lunch, a brief group welcome, and breakout workshops tailored for K–5 students, Grades 6–12, and adults, followed by a closing reflection and post-survey.
What Participants Will Gain:
- Understanding of brain and body responses to stress and trauma
- Practical tools for emotional regulation and healthy coping
- Increased confidence, self-awareness, and resilience
- Skills for setting boundaries and building supportive relationships
- A safe, supportive space for learning, reflection, and growth
