What to Expect
Our time together will include:
- Guided grounding to arrive fully in the body
- Breath and somatic practices to soften and support
- Guided meditation to open the heart to grief
- Shared reflection and community holding
We’ll explore grief not as something to fix, but as a doorway — a teacher, an alchemist, a force that can transform us when tended with care and held in community.
Who It’s For
This circle is for anyone moving through grief in any form — the grief of death, of course, but also the grief of change, heartbreak, identity shifts, illness, caregiving, parenting, aging, climate grief, spiritual grief, or simply the tender ache of being human.
What to bring
Bring your sadness, your longing, your confusion, your love — everything belongs here. Optional addition: Something for the altar and something that brings you comfort.
Tiered Pricing Available.
Please choose the pricing tier that feels most appropriate for your financial circumstances. If none of the options are accessible to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We never want cost to be a barrier to receiving support in your grief.
