Grief Group Session: Hypnosis-Based Support for All Kinds of Loss

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline and it’s not just about death. Loss of a loved one, a job, a relationship, a version of yourself... This 60-minute group session blends relaxation and subconscious support to help you gently process grief, whether it's recent or long past.

What to Expect:We’ll settle in on the floor (bolsters and blankets provided) for a guided experience designed to calm your nervous system and allow space for release and reflection. You’ll leave feeling lighter, supported, and a little more in tune with what your grief is here to show you.
