Welcome to Cardiff's first Grief `Disco. We are offering you the opportunity to dance, connect and shake off your grief on the dance floor.

Leah Sian Davies and Georgina Jones are the creators and your hosts.....

'We have both experienced significant loss in our lives and and have found healing in coming together to dance, find joy and connect with ourselves and others on the dance floor. We are building a community to create a positive and uplifting experience for anyone who is grieving and who would love to feel this connection with others who relate.'

Here's what we've got lined up for you....

• Special guest DJ (to be announced..) who will be spinning the decks creating an uplifting dance experience designed to move the body and soul.
• Our 'Rituals room' in our beautiful chill-out area where you can take part in some simple rituals to honour you grief and celebrate if you wish.
• Plus The Sustainable Studio will be serving up a refreshing sober bar with an abundance of delicious drinks to keep the energy flowing throughout the night.

Maybe you need somewhere to move with your grief or maybe a friend is struggling and you want to support them. This could be a wonderful way to support each other.
