I’m launching my very own Grief Club ✨
This was something that I really could have done with in the early days of my very own grief journey and so I’m excitedly launching one of my very own that will take place monthly.
A safe space for us to share experiences, struggles & everything that grief throws at us as we navigate our own journeys supporting and empowering one another.
Super grateful to be supported by the team @toniqcafe in being able to use their space for the session. Herbal teas, smoothies and soft drinks will be available to purchase and there will be some footfall of the TONIQ members attending classes passing through the cafe during this time.
Today marks the first year anniversary of the passing of my father and it feels like the most fitting way to honour his memory ✨
