Annie Nardolilli and Louisa Hall, the masterminds behind , are a duo that you can’t easily categorize or file into a neat little genre. They’ve released several singles to date including “Cryptobro”, “I Just Want To Get Inside (Your Bank Account)”, “Benevolent Billionaire” and arguably their most well-known song to date “Revolution (Poop At Work)” which catapulted the duo to viral infamy and a strong following with over 25 million organic views of their videos. Even Questlove commented on the song saying “LOL I feel seen, I see my version as a political act.”

SPRUNG! is Silver Spring's very own comedy festival. Over four nights in March 2026, Improbable Comedy will present 10 unique shows of hilarious comedy at the Silver Spring Black Box Theatre, along with comedy classes and events.

About Griefcat: Rising musical comedy duo Griefcat emerged in 2019 as the brainchild of Annie Nardolilli and Louisa Hall, two songwriters from Washington, DC whose shared wit and undeniable musical chemistry made their collaboration feel like fate. About Improbable Comedy: Founded in 2012 by social-worker-turned-comedy-producer , Improbable Comedy has hosted hundreds of shows in local venues around the DMV. The goal has been to transform the industry by giving the mic to hilarious comedians who have been underrepresented on stage. Since our first show at Vicino's restaurant, we have brought big laughs to theatres, bars, swanky clubs, and people's homes. We now have regular shows at Busboys & Poets and the Arts Barn as well as partnerships with the Montgomery Parks Department and at the Silver Spring Black Box Theatre. Parking: The Black Box is a short walk from the Silver Spring metro and there is parking in the area garages on Ellsworth and Cameron St.
