Come heal your soul as we explore our individual and collective struggles of grief with honesty, depth, and compassion. Whether your grief is fresh, old, personal, collective, spoken, or silent, this circle offers a warm place to breathe, reflect, connect, and heal.
As poet Rumi wrote, let’s invite grief to tea in our guest house. Comforting tea will be provided as we learn coping skills to soothe our hurting souls. We'll find inspiration from around the world, share simple meditations that help us go deeper exploring our grief, and practice rituals that support our healing journeys.
