The holidays amplify everything - including the empty spaces.Join us for our first Grief Café, a community gathering for anyone navigating loss in real life. This is a space to sit with others, hold honest conversation, and share without an agenda or performance.
We’ll begin with a short opening circle, followed by optional conversation prompts (if needed) to gently guide us into shared discussions.

Build a small anchor - a grounding object - to hold as you carry grief through the holidays.
