After the popularity of our Grief Workshop recently it was requested that we form a regular group.
We listened...and we have created The Grief Cafe for you.
Join Nadine where we will open up a conversation around Grief.
Nadine will hold a safe space for you to talk, listen, be heard and experience compassionate conversations and shared understanding.
Not just the obvious grief from bereavement but also
Anticipatory Grief when you know you will lose someone close
Adjusting to change and loss in everyday life.
Navigating our way through life changing curveballs
...and any other topics that may cause you concern.
Grief can show up at any time and in any way emotionally and physically.
After a cancer diagnosis at the end of 2022 Nadine experienced grief in many forms from the loss of the old life she was saying goodbye to, loss of her hair, sadness and loss as her body changed due to surgeries and the side effects of her treatment plan.
You will be offered some practical tips and coping strategies to help you navigate your way through the emotions that come with grief.
Providing a calm and supportive space for you Nadine hopes you will begin on the first steps towards comfort and peace.

Because it is December, and we know how it can be a difficult time for many, this first Grief Cafe will include the opportunity to take a moment and remember those we miss.
We will provide a tree and little cards that you can write messages on and/or attach pictures and dedications in memory of someone special
