A dream that didn’t happen.
A loved one who is still here, but life with them has changed.
And sometimes we grieve someone whose absence feels especially heavy during the holidays.
Grief comes in many forms, and not all of them are visible.
As the holiday season approaches, Love Yourself invites you to join us for Grief & the Holidays, a FREE community workshop where we can explore grief, learn practical ways to navigate difficult emotions, and better understand how to support ourselves and one another.
You don’t have to be grieving a death to attend. You don’t have to share your story. You don’t even have to know exactly what you’re feeling.
Just come as you are.
