This seminar on Coping with Loss & Grief will be happening on Tuesday 12th November from 7:30-9:30pm here at WBC.There are many losses we may experience in our lives. These include the loss of a person or relationship, a place or country, possessions, dreams, health, personal significance, and safety. The grief they bring is very painful. How do we cope with struggling with ongoing grief and how do we support one another in grief? This interactive workshop will help us understand and cope with the difficult journey and feelings of grief and give us tools to reach out to others who are grieving.
Our guest speaker is Janet Reeve, who was a Pastoral Skills and Methods subject lecturer for 6 years and has also experienced various losses and grief herself. Let's learn to care better for one another in our church family and community.
