Grief & Loss Group (6 Weeks) – Therapist-Led Support for Adults

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and it doesn’t always look the way we expect.

You might be functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or not quite like yourself. You might be carrying emotions that are hard to explain or feeling like others have moved on while you’re still in it.

This small, therapist-led group offers a supportive and structured space to explore your grief, connect with others who understand, and learn how to carry your loss in a way that feels more manageable.

This is not about “moving on.” It’s about learning how to live with your loss while staying connected to what matters most.

Time: Tuesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Location: 1538 25 Ave NE

Small Group (limited spots)
Cost: $175 per session

• Facilitated by two registered therapists
• Client workbook included
• Drinks and snacks provided
• Insurance receipts available

This group is for adults who:

• Have experienced the loss of a loved one
• Are between 3 months to 3 years into their grief
• Feel ready to explore their experience in a supportive group setting

• A deeper understanding of your grief and emotional responses
• A sense of connection and reduced isolation
• Practical tools to manage difficult moments and emotional waves
• Space to process your experience safely and at your own pace
• Support in navigating identity and meaning after loss

To ensure this group is a good fit for your needs, registration is a two-step process:

2. Complete a brief screening call with one of our clinicians

Your registration will be confirmed following the screening process.

This is a professionally facilitated therapeutic group. While it offers support and connection, it may not be suitable for individuals currently in acute crisis. If needed, we will help connect you with appropriate supports.
