Through heartfelt conversation, journaling, and a guided moment of stillness, we’ll create space to breathe, reflect, and refill what life has poured out.

Open to women, men, and youth, this gathering welcomes anyone who is grieving, healing, or simply learning to put themselves first.

Come as you are — no expectations, no pressure. Just a safe space to exhale, connect, and restore your energy before the new year.
