Join us for our Annual Forum to hear from the team at West Gippsland Healthcare Group who have piloted an innovative model aiming to improve care for cancer patients prescribed oral anti-cancer medications across Gippsland. The team will share how this new approach, developed in collaboration with Monash University and funded by a GRICS service improvement grant, addresses care inconsistencies, enhances patient safety and support and implements best practice guidelines. Be part of the discussion on advancing equitable, accessible cancer care for our community.
