About this Event
A small group of friends with links to Greyhope Bay have recently ventured into the world of EXTREME ROCK POOLING. Essentially this means attempting the slippery activity of clambering over rocks to see what creatures you can find but in the dark!
Come to this talk to discover what we found in our recent adventure - we'll share photos of what we saw, talk about the different creatures, and explore why rock pools are more active at night.
Please note this talk will be led by Beth and Laila, two students who are nature nerds, not qualified marine professionals. Expect some fun and discovery and for some questions to remain unanswered (until we have time to google them!)!
This event is taking part during British Science Week. It was made possible through support from UKRI and the British Science Association.
