Oakland experimental/art rock band Grex returns to Rhode Island, joined by psych-prog duo SWRM and noise rock band The Hammer Party. Grex celebrates the release of its new album “Auntie + Tebs,” which explores stories of revolution in the Philippines and South Africa.
