Greta Sofia, a drag queen from South Italy, reimagines the Ten Commandments through her queer Catholic childhood. She recounts catechism traumas under her devout mother, retells Moses’ plagues as absurd spectacles, and elevates ’90s pop divas like Britney and Madonna as new saints. The finale delivers an 11th commandment: Don’t Fuck Fascists, framing sex, consent, and pleasure as antifascist rebellion. This solo political comedy blends autobiography, satire, and performance to dismantle religious and authoritarian control with humor and radical joy.

About the Artist:

Andrea Ibba Monni is an Italian theater artist, performer, and dramaturg from Sardinia. His solo works blend autobiographical storytelling, queer politics, and satire to challenge power structures through humor and radical intimacy. Starting as a backstage assistant at age nine, he founded Ferai Teatro, creating bold experimental performances, focusing on identity, collective memory, and antifascist embodiment.
