Greg Orrē is excited to be returning to the Capitol Music Club for the first time since 2020 when he last performed at the venue with his former band Too Soon Monsoon. The charismatic vocalist/pianist will be performing with Kyle Krysa on drums and Emmett Fortosky on upright bass. The show will feature songs from his brand new album I Am In It, Vol 2, plus a few favourites from his back catalogue.
Doors 7:30PM / Show 8:30PM with opening sets by Eric Kane and Saul the Singer.

Artist Bios:
Greg Orrē: Greg Orrē (pronounced "greg-ory") is a Saskatoon-based multidisciplinary artist celebrated for his ability to convey complex emotions and ideas through vivid sensory details and imagery. As the former lead singer of Too Soon Monsoon, he released one full length album and 3 EPs, touring Canada and performing at notable festivals. Orrē's solo work has been lauded for its thought-provoking lyricism and unique sonic landscapes. His debut solo album released in 2020, accompanied by a handmade poetry book, marked the beginning of the "I Am In It" project. With I Am In It, Vol 2, Orrē continues to push artistic boundaries, promising a deeply immersive experience for listeners.
Greg has carved a niche with his innovative blend of music and poetry. Classically trained on the piano, and a self-taught guitarist, Orrē’s music resonates with influences from Fiona Apple, Jack White, Lauryn Hill, and Joni Mitchell. His latest album is a demonstration of the influences and experiences that have shaped his sound. I Am In It, Vol 2, is produced by Josh Palmer and will be released on vinyl, CD, and to streaming services on June 20, 2024.

Saul the Singer: Saul the Singer discovered his passion for music at an early age, finding solace in its ability to transport him away from the sadness and hopelessness he felt in the world around him. Despite initially struggling with his voice and rhythm, Saul was determined to pursue his musical dream. After 18 years of dedicated practice, performance, and vocal training, he has become a seasoned and versatile artist. From captivating solo performances to energizing gigs with his skilled backing band, Saul's stage presence and ability to connect with his audience are second to none. Throughout his career, Saul has been committed to producing high-quality music that reflects his unique sound. With years of experience under his belt, he has now recorded some of his best work to date and is excited to embark on this next chapter. Keep an eye out for Saul's upcoming music releases and performances as he continues to pour his heart and soul into his craft.
Eric Kane: As the former frontman of KANE INCOGNITO, Eric Kane has received national radio play, appeared on CBC Gem "Tv Show PUSH", nominations for Rock Recording of the Year, Indie Rock Recording of the Year at Edmonton Music Awards, and opened for a string of international talent. Launching his new solo career, with the release of his debut EP Feb 10th, 2023, Eric Kane starts his own journey, returning to his roots of vulnerable storytelling that spreads a message of self-love and growth. After the loss of a brother, Eric turned to his love of music. It was through this creative outlet that he pushed forth enduring circumstances and developed a sound of his own. Formerly a drummer in his brother’s band, No Heat Tomorrow, Eric fervently stepped into his brother’s footsteps to carry on a family spirit while sharing his own heart from behind the microphone.
