Watch a 50kg Japanese bluefin tuna carved before your eyes — all-you-can-eat akame chutoro and otoro sashimi rolled into hand rolls and maki. Beside it A5 Kagoshima Wagyu sizzles three ways with Wagyu master Shuto Yuno at the helm.
